Refund & Privacy Policy

At The Float, we strive to ensure our guests enjoy a seamless experience. However, in the

event of cancellation or changes, the following refund policy applies:

 1. Refund Eligibility

Refunds will only be processed if management has acknowledged the receipt of the amount paid. Guests are advised to retain all receipts or proof of payment for verification purposes.

 2. Booking Changes

Guests may request a change to their booking dates if the reserved room is occupied at the time payment was made. The new dates will be subject to availability and confirmation by management.

3. Refund Timeline

Approved refunds (70% of the paid amount) will be processed within 14 days of the acknowledged request. The reduction in cost is due to administrative costs and third-party service charges. The refund will be made through the same payment method used for the original booking or any other communicated means.

4. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued for cancellations made without prior communication with Management after 3 days of booking starting from the date the booking was made or cancellation made with 24 hours of check-in is non-refundable. Payments made for services or packages that were availed as planned are non-refundable.

5. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes regarding payments or refunds will be addressed promptly by The Float’s management team to ensure a fair resolution.
